- Name Your Term: Need a short lease term? Prefer a long term? We will agree to any term you want.
- Shortest Lease Form In Town: Our lease is tenant-friendly with easy-to-understand, straightforward terms and clear-cut language.
- No Hidden Expenses: We use a “true gross lease;” the rate you see is the rate you pay.
The EASY transfer™
- Mid-Lease Transfer: As your business changes, you may need more space to operate or even a different style of space. With the EASY transfer option, you can move to a different space at this property (or any of our other properties) in the middle of your lease term without a lease-break or transfer fee.
The EASY fix™
- Prompt, Personal Service: Have a billing question? Need to submit a maintenance request? Our property manager will return your call, fax or email within 24 hours.
